Let's have a quick phone call and talk about your business & why you need a bookkeeper.Connect Me to Your QuickBooks Account & I Perform a Diagnostic of Your Books (If Needed)
I'll have you sign my Engagement Letter & pay a small fee for my diagnostic (if needed) & connect me to your QuickBooks Online Account. This is all done securely through QuickBooks Online, online digital signing & your own end-to-end encrypted, cloud-based drive folder I supply for you.If a Books Diagnostic was Performed, You Receive my 'Findings & Recommendations Report'
This will explain what I found, what pricing would be for recommended services & provides great info about bookkeeping errors & their effects on your business.You Decide
At this point you can decide if you would like to hire me to get your books up to date, cleaned up or as an ongoing monthly bookkeeper.

Books Diagnostic

$100 - Flat rate /One-time fee.

Required for any business that has already been using Quickbooks Online for there monthly bookkeeping.

Includes:
* My 'Findings & Recommendations Report' provided to you via your own secure storage file.* A Follow-up discussion by phone, text, email or virtual meeting (your choice) to discuss my report findings, pricing for any recommended services & next steps if you choose to work with me further.

Why Do I Need a Books Diagnostic??

The Books Diagnostic is a quick starting point for me to diagnose any areas in your books needing adjustment or re-organization. Basically, how much work will I need to do to get things just right. Without it, I am unable to give you a proper quote for any recommended services.If you are just starting your company and have not set up your QuickBooks account yet, this would be unnecessary. Instead, you would need my QuickBooks Setup service. (see below)When I'm finished my diagnostic, you will receive your 'Findings & Recommendations Report' that will give you valuable info on exactly what needs work in your books & what looks great already. The books diagnostic is your start on the path to having a clean & informative set of books. It's hard to make good business decisions without accurate numbers.

QuickBooks Setup

Flat rate /One-time fee.
Fee is 75% of what your monthly bookkeeping fee would be.
(See monthly bookkeeping fee averages below)

A QuickBooks Setup fee is required for any business that does not have a QuickBooks Online Account yet and/or will be having me set up their account and books. I only work with QuickBooks Online clients at this time.

What's involved in setting up a QuickBooks Online Account?

Setting up your QuickBooks Account for the first time can seem a bit daunting. It requires a certain level of accounting knowledge and an understanding of how QuickBooks works.How your books are set up initially and the process you follow monthly to input data is quite important. QuickBooks wants you to follow a certain process, and if you don't, your financial data can be inaccurate.With info from you, I can set up your books accurately from the start, guide you in connecting your bank and Credit Card accounts, set up your Chart of Accounts, create your sales and inventory items, create your customer and vendor lists and make sure that your monthly numbers are accurate and informative the entire year.As your bookkeeper, if you want to learn about how QuickBooks works, I'm happy to help. If you could care less, that's fine too. I'll make sure you know what steps I need you to take to keep your business data accurate and you can leave the rest to me.

Monthly Bookkeeping

Flat Rate/ Monthly fee.

(Monthly bookkeeping fees are collected through automatic ACH bank transfer
between the 1st & the 5th of each month before the services are provided.)

I provide QuickBooks Online monthly bookkeeping services to help you keep your bookkeeping up to date, always have accurate data and be ready for your CPA/ Tax Preparer at tax time.Every business has unique complexities & workflows. Together we can keep everything running smoothly.

Below are typical prices for monthly bookkeeping based on a few simple factors:

* The number of bank & credit card accounts your business utilizes
* The number of monthly transactions processed

Also, the complexity of your individual business practices, such as invoicing, 1099 contractors, inventory or a number of other factors, will also effect these general price ranges listed below.

$300 - $500 / Month
1-2 Bank & Credit Card Accounts with 50-150 Monthly Transactions.$500 - $800 / Month
2-3 Bank & Credit Card Accounts with 150-250 Monthly Transactions.$800 - $2000 / Month
3-5 Bank & Credit Card Accounts with 250-600 Monthly Transactions

Specialized Services

These types of services are typically requested because of a tax return deadline or a bank or CPA has requested it.
These services are also for business's that have fallen behind in their bookkeeping or have struggled doing their bookkeeping properly.

Catch-Up Services

Flat Rate/ One-time fee:
Based on what your monthly bookkeeping fee would be,
multiplied by the number of months needing catch-up plus 20%.
(One month of prior catch-up would not incur the 20% addition to your fee)

My Catch-up services are for properly set-up QuickBooks accounts that have just fallen behind in their monthly bookkeeping entries.

Cleanup Services

Flat Rate/ One-time fee:
Based on what your monthly bookkeeping fee would be,
multiplied by the number of months needing cleanup plus 50%.

My Cleanup services are for QuickBooks accounts that were never set up properly or bookkeeping was done incorrectly along with being behind on entries.
